True to our values, we have merged forces with Monsieur Bou, a Lebanese born chef, who specialises in reimagined Levantine food inspired by his mother’s kitchen.

On top of the Levantine dishes created by Mr. Bou, we will continue to offer our artisan charcutterie and cheese which you have grown to love and enjoy. Whether you are after a quick nibble, or you’re in for a marvellous feast, at Fabus you will find something to suit your taste and mood.
